William T. (Bill) Hilf, Sr., age 57, of Cleveland, OH, formerly of Michigan City, died April 4, 2009 in Cleveland. The family will hold a memorial service on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, led by his sister, the Rev. Heidi Hilf Vardeman, of St. Paul, MN. Carlisle Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Bill was born April 20, 1951 in Pittsburgh, PA to Dan and Jinny Hilf, who survive in Long Beach, IN. His wife Jane (Stas) Hilf survives in Cleveland. Also surviving are his sons William T. Hilf (Carrie) Jr. of Euclid, OH, Nicholas S. Hilf of Cleveland, grandchildren Mary and Isaac, and brother John (Alberta) Hilf of Pittsburgh. Memorial contributions may be made to donor’s choice.
