THOMAS D. KOTULAK age 81 of Merrillville passed away Monday March 6 2006. Survived by 3 children: Dr. Thomas D. Kotulak of Jeffersonville IN David B. Kotulak of Valparaiso Belinda K. Kotulak of Grand Rapids MI many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by wife Katharine (nee Rajkovich) parents and 15 brothers and sisters. Tom was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Church Merrillville and was retired from the Rail Mill U.S. Steel Gary Works with 33 years of service. He coached CYO baseball at SS. Peter & Paul and also for Merrillville Babe Ruth League. Tom was an avid gardener who loved nature the environment and all kinds of animal life. He could not refuse sharing his hospitality with any person or living creature. Friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service 6360 Broadway Merrillville on Friday March 10 2006 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. with Funeral Services to follow at SS.
