Theodore T. Dudash

TED DUDASH age 87 of Crown Point passed away Monday May 17 2010. Survived by wife Jane (Leone) of 54 years three children: Ted (Joan) Dudash of Kokomo Indiana Leone (Scott) Dewes of Lowell Roxanne (John) Michaels of WI seven grandchildren: Jennifer (Dave) Bell Peter Clare and Greg Dudash Michael and Nicole Dewes Jamie Michaels brother Frank (late Ethel) Dudash of Crown Point sister Bertha (late Fred) Konopacki of Crown Point. Preceded in death by sister Eleanor Bone. Ted was an active member of St. Matthias Church and a former member of SS. Peter & Paul Church. He was a member of Secular Franciscans and was a retired motor inspector at Gary Works U.S. Steel with 37 years of service. Ted was a World War II Navy veteran. Friends may call at Pruzin & Little Funeral Service 811 East Franciscan Drive Crown Point Thursday May 20 2010 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Prayer service pending. Funeral service will be Friday May 21 2010 at 9:30 a.m. from Pruzin & Little Chapel and 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthias Catholic Church 101 W. Burrell Drive Crown Point with Rev. Derrick Dudash and Rev. Gerald Schweitzer concelebrating. Cremation to follow service. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to St. Anthony Hospice. He loved traveling wood carving and tending to his fig tree.
