Theodis Henderson

Theodis Henderson, age 56, of Michigan City, died Wednesday, July 15 at 2:24 p.m. at St. Anthony Memorial, Michigan City. Services will be held Wednesday, July 22 at 11:00 a.m. at the Masedonia Missionary Baptist church with visitation from 9 a.m. until the service at the church. Cremation will take place. Carlisle Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Theodis was born June 7, 1953 in Pine Bluff, AR to Robert and Minola (O’Neal) Henderson. His mother preceded him in death, his father survives in Michigan City. Surviving is his daughter Stacey Henderson of Michigan City, brothers and sisters Dorothy Henderson of Indianapolis, Carl Henderson, FL, Billy Henderson and Robin Odili of Michigan City, Kenny Henderson of Indianapolis, Titus Henderson of GA and Jermain Henderson of IA; step-brothers and sisters; Penny Turner of Michigan City; Ezzard Mitchell of Denver, CO, Marilyn Cain of LA; Floyd, Leslie and Artie Mitchell, WI; Harriet Mitchell of Michigan City and Terri McGlaston of WI. Theodis was employed as a forklift driver with Weil McLain. He graduated Elston High School where he loved to run track. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
