Linda and family I am so very sorry for your lose. Yank De Ville was counted as one of my very closest friends. I'll always remember the good times Yank and I had. He and I would laugh until we cried. I'll miss him more than You'll ever know. I think the only thing we ever fought about was who was the best looking. I found him thru Facebook and we talked for the first time in 10 years, laughing the whole time like it had only been a week or so since we last saw each other. He spoke of you guys often and loved each of you very much. Didn't know he was a Cubs fan though. I'll never forget when me him and Stevie went to watch the Bulls play. He'll be missed.

Steve, It has been too many years since i saw you and Linda last. Prob 25, when i stopped in Carthage on my way to a job. I was heart broke when I learned of your passing last nite. I will never forget you as 1 of my best childhood friends. The time we spent together and the ball games we played. I caught and you were my knuckle ball pitcher. They couldn;t touch us. So sorry that I lost touch with you and Linda. But thought of you 2 often. I will miss you my brother. Linda, my heart goes out to you.You were as a sister to me. I still feel that way. As hard as it is, don't mourn the lose, Celebrate the life. Steve lives on in all of our hearts. Love you Bro. Dale Peterson
