Stephen J. Knizner, age 73, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022. Stephen J. Knizner, age 73, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Marilyn Knizner; children: Kip (Melissa) Knizner, Seith (Katie) Knizner, and Elyse (Wayne) Ivak; and seven grandchildren.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents: Stephen and Margaret Knizner; and sisters: Patricia Gorzyck and Rose Knizner.
Stephen served his country in the United States Marine Corp. He enjoyed going to the beach and loved visiting with family and friends.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Funeral Services will be at 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Stephen’s name to a Veteran’s organization.
