Survived by her daughter-in-law Shelley Kolody and sister-in-law Marsha Ciesielski. She is preceded in death by her husband Edward; son Robert; sister Stephanie Mytyk; brothers Chester, Stanley, Richard, Gene, & Edwin Ciesielski. Sophie was a member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church and the Polish National Alliance. Family and friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service (6360 Broadway, Merrillville) on Friday, June 20, 2014 from 9:00-10:30 A.M. Funeral services will then begin at 10:30 A.M. from the Pruzin Brothers Chapel and 11:00 A.M. from Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church (8303 Taft St., Merrillville) with Rev.
