Randall C. Maybaum, age 71, lifelong resident of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024.

Randall is survived by his wife, Kay Lynn Maybaum (nee Reichert) of 46 years; daughter, Amy Lavender of Minnesota; sisters-in-law: Annette Maybaum of Ocala, FL, Sandy Sykes of Crown Point, IN; brother-in-law, Bernie Reichert; nieces: Nicole and Kaitlyn Maybaum of Ocala, FL, Kim (Chris) Bult of Lowell, IN; and nephew, Michael (Kristen) Sykes of Fishers, IN.

Randall was preceded in death by his parents: Dean and Alberta Maybaum; and brothers: Bill Maybaum, Rusty Maybaum.

Randall was a devoted member of the Crown Point Moose Lodge and the American Legion Post 253 in North Webster, IN. He served 40 years with Teamster Local #142. Randall also had his own snow removal business for over 30 years. In his down time, Randall enjoyed traveling to the Florida Keys in the winter months and traveling to his summer lake house in Leesburg, IN. He also loved cooking, golfing, and hunting. Most of all, he loved spending his time with family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday, February 2, 2024, at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Additional visitation to take place on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Zion United Church of Christ, 14804 West 113th Ave, Dyer, IN 46311 from 10:00 AM until the time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tom Norwalk and Pastor John Starr officiating.
