Preceded in death by daughter: Katherine L. Domoras; and brothers and sisters. Paul was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Merrillville and a graduate of Tolleston High School, Class of 1942. He was a retired vice-president from Gary National Bank for 44 years and was a former member and past president of the Gary City Council. Paul was a member of Hunkee Hollow, on the board of directors for Cerebral Palsy, a member and past president of the Gary Old Timers Athletic Association, and a gold card member and past president of the Gary Sportsmen Club. He was a World War II Army Veteran, who was a POW in Germany and a recipient of the Purple Heart. Family and friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service (6360 Broadway, Merrillville) on Friday, May 29, 2015 from 3:00-7:00 P.M. Funeral Service will be Saturday, May 30, 2015 Directly at Emmanuel Lutheran, 5375 Harrison St. at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Carolyn Heider officiating. There will be ½ hour visitation prior to the funeral service. At rest, Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Anthony Hospice, Crown Point.
