PATRICIA A. (WINLAND) POWENSKI age 68 of Crown Point passed away Saturday March 31 2007. Survived by husband John of 44 years 3 sons: Donald Powenski of Crown Point Richard (Claire) Powenski of Boutte LA and Jeffrey Powenski of Crown Point 4 grandchildren: Amanda (John) Scruggs of Georgia Scott Patrick John (Hope) Powenski of GA Zachary Powenski of LA & Haile Powenski of LA 2 great-grandchildren: Austin Scruggs & Brook Scruggs brother William (Nancy) Winland of South Bend IN. Preceded in death by parents Paul & Ella (nee Ford) Winland step-mother Dorothy Winland brother Preston Paul Winland Jr. Mrs. Powenski was a former member and past matron of the Eastern Star Crown Point Chapter and a retired school bus driver for the Crown Point Community School Corporation with 20 years of service. She enjoyed ceramics and crocheting. A graduate of Crown Point High School. She attended Forestbrook Missionary Church in South Bend. Friends may call at Pruzin & Little Funeral Service 811 East Franciscan Drive (on State Road 55 south of State Road 231) Crown Point on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Funeral services will be held Wednesday April 4 2007 at 11:00 A.M. from the Pruzin & Little Chapel with Rev. Ronald Drake officiating. At rest Maplewood Memorial Cemetery Crown Point.
