Meredith Gail Replin

Meredith “Gail” Replin nee Rieder, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at her daughter's home after a courageous 2 year battle with cancer. She is survived by 3 children, Kerry Phil Greiner of Munster, IN, Steve Meghann Replin of LaGrange, IL, and Joseph Replin of Oak Park, IL, 5 grandchildren, Ben, Nick , and Jake Greiner and Elyssa and Lyla Replin, mother, Mary Ruth Rieder of Natchez, MS, sister, Susan Tonya William Miller of Granger, IN, nephew, Bill Miller, mother-in-law, Nellie Replin of Niles, IL, and sister-in-law, Judy Replin of Niles, IL. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Replin and father, Anthony Joseph Rieder. Funeral Prayers will be said on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 9:15 AM at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre NOTE: NEW LOCATION- 2 blocks east of Broadway at 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 321 E. Joliet St., Crown Point, IN with Fr. Pat Kalich officiating. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery in Crown Point, IN. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2009 at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre, Crown Point from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Gail was a member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church in Dyer, IN and a former member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Crown Point, IN. She was a branch manager at Main Source Bank formerly HFS Bank with over 13 years of service. Gail was extremely involved in the community and met many great friends over the years. She was past president of the Greater Crown Point Chamber of Commerce, a member and past president of the Crown Point Lion's Club, board director of the Crown Point Rotary Club, treasurer of Tri-Kappa, and board director of Rebuilding America. Gail also enjoyed spending time with her friends with their wine club.
