MARY T. BONTA age 73 of Portage passed away Thursday May 24 2012. She is survived by her husband of 49 years Deacon Robert Bonta Sr. three children: Mary Beth (John) Arnold of GA Dominic (LeeAnn) Bonta of Portage Robert J. Bonta Jr. of Portage five grandchildren: Austin Ethan and Brandon Bonta Michael and Savannah Arnold three sisters: Helen (late Joseph) Korhel of CA Ronnie (John) Scott of Portage Irene (Kirk) Rusbasan of AZ brother John (Virginia) Bartfai of NY. She was preceded in death by her parents Sophia and John Bartfai two brothers George and Andrew Bartfai and sister Ann Barlas. Mary was a member of Nativity of Our Savior Catholic Church Altar & Rosary Society and was a religious education teacher. She was a graduate of Emerson High School Class of 1957. Mary enjoyed her vacations with her children and grandchildren spaghetti dinners with her family and she was a very good dancer. Mary was a loving wife mother and grandmother. Visitation will be Monday May 28 2012 at Nativity of Our Savior Catholic Church 2949 Willowcreek Rd. Portage from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Rosary at 4:00 p.m. Vigil at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be Tuesday May 29 2012 at 10:00 a.m. DIRECTLY at Nativity of Our Savior Catholic Church with Bishop Carl F. Mengeling Emeritus and Rev. Andrew Corona officiating. At rest Calvary Cemetery Portage. Memorials are preferred to Nativity of Our Savior Bishop Carl F. Mengeling Endowment Fund. Arrangements by Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service Portage.

Marybeth and Family We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. Even though we did not know her personally we feel she must have been an incredible lady.
