Marian H. Larson, age 93, of Munster passed away on Friday, October 16, 2009 at Spring Mill Health Campus. She is survived by a son, Dean Gail Larson of Munster; 4 grandchildren Brad Much, Heather Jeff Mayden of St. Louis, Holly L. Bill Nagy of Valparaiso, Todd E. Jill Larson of Fort Wayne; 7 great-grandchildren, Charles, Allison, Lauren, Sydney, Gabe, Julia & Audrey; 1 sister, Harriet Ross Billiger of South Bend; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Melander, Agnes Davis & Margaret Larson. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy H. Larson; daughter, Phyllis M. Much; brothers, Don & Harry; sisters, Evelyn & Lillian. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre NOTE: NEW LOCATION- 2 blocks east of Broadway at 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN. Memorial Services will take place on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Center at 12:00 noon with Pastor Kenneth Larson officiating. Private burial will take place at Calumet Park Cemetery prior to the memorial service. Marian owned and operated the Mar-Hill Creations, specializing in decorative eggs inspired by Faberge. She was active in the Swedish Club on the south side of Chicago. Marian was very proud of her Swedish heritage, her parents were Swedish immigrants.
