Margaret L. Polizzotto, age 92 of Hobart, passed away on Sunday, March 01, 2009. She is survived by her son Robert Peggy Polizzotto of Valparaiso; 3 grandchildren: Michael Polizzotto of Valparaiso, Lisa Joe Henry of Valparaiso and Lana Scott Johnson of Chesterton; 4 great-grandsons; brother, Donald Sophie Creasy and many nephews. Margaret retired from Inland Steel in 1982. She was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church of Portage and volunteered at St. Mary Medical Center for many years. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Geisen Funeral Home, 7905 Broadway, Merrillville, with Rev. Mark Wilkins officiating. Interment to follow at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville. Friends may visit with the family Tuesday, March 3rd from 2:00-4:00 PM to 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
