Lenore C. Konefsky

Lenore C. Konefsky “Dolly” nee Hartz, age 84 of Valparaiso, IN passed away Friday, March 13, 2009 at St. Anthony Hospice in Crown Point. She is preceded in death by her parents and ten brothers and sisters. Dolly was a kind, generous and loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Ron Eich; sons: Charles, David and Mark; grandchildren: Ronald Ann Eich Jr., Matthew Laura Eich, Amber John Hildreth; great grandchildren: Melanie Eich, Matthew Eich, Madeline and Emma Hildreth; brother, Gene Hartz; sister, Karen Tony Zaehringer; nephew, Jackie Barbara Hartz; niece, Sandy McCormick; best friends, Joyce Mounts and Millie Peterson Woods. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Geisen Funeral Home, 7905 Broadway Merrillville, IN with Rev. William Hudson officiating. Interment will be private. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, March 16, 2009 from 2:00 to 5:00PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Geisen Funeral Home, Merrillville. In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to either the First Presbyterian Church of Merrillville or to the Lake County Public Library.
