He was preceded in Death by Parents: Ellis & Neasie Sullivan
Brothers: R.L., Mitchell, Roland and Scotty Sullivan
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 29, 2004 at 10:00 AM at Geisen Funeral Home, Hebron with Rev. Miguel Ramirez officiating.
Interment will be at Hebron Cemetery in Hebron, IN.
Friends may call at Geisen Funeral Home, 624 N. Main St, Hebron on Monday, June 28, 2004 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Mr. Sullivan attended The Church of God of Prophecy.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Valparaiso VNA Care Center.
