JOHN D. MILLER age 66 of Portage passed away Friday June 27 2008. Survived by three children: Angela (Michael) Whitten of Portage IN Michelle (Gary) Kiser of Kannapolis N.C. Paulette Parenteau of Indianapolis IN 11 grandchildren: Kimberly (Brooks) Willmon Leah Ashleigh Kaila Allyson and Daniel Whitten Steve and Adam Browder Zachary and Leanne Jeffcoat Avery Kiser four great grandchildren: Madyson Austin Jaden and Tyler. Preceded in death by wife Germaine. John was a former member of Indiana National Guard and a retired truck driver from General Services Garage Gary Works with 30 years of service. Friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service 2700 Willowcreek Rd. Portage on Monday June 30 2008 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be Tuesday July 1 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from Pruzin Brothers Chapel with Rev. Jerry Ulrich officiating. Services to conclude at the funeral home with cremation to follow. At rest Blake Cemetery Portage.
