JOAN A. GREEN (nee Rutherford), age 87 of Portage, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015 at her home with her family surrounding her. She is survived by her daughter Linda (Al) Showalterbaugh; two sons: Emile and Richard Green; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. Preceded in death by her husband Eugene A. Green and her sister Jackie Curtis. A private committal service was held for the family at Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso with Pastor Ron Smith officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service.
