JERRY SULLIVAN age 66 of Newburgh IN formerly of Merrillville IN passed away at home on Saturday May 7 2011. He is survived by his wife Beverly 5 children: Kevin (Cindy) Sullivan Daniel (Audrey) Sullivan Jim (Amy) Sullivan Jerry Sullivan and Jennifer (Jeff) Scherer 4 grandchildren 2 step-children: Kim (Steve) Stackert and Scott Mizerak 6 step-grandchildren 2 brothers: Mike (Bonnie) Sullivan and Paul Sullivan. Preceded in death by parents Frank and Sarah Sullivan. Jerry was a graduate of Merrillville High School. Former owner of Sullivans Standard Station located on Route 30 and Broadway. Family and Friends may call Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service (6360 Broadway Merrillville) on Friday May 13 2011 from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 14 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Pruzin Brothers Chapel with Rev. Jerry Ulrich officiating. At rest Calumet Park Cemetery Merrillville. Memorials preferred to the National Leukemia Foundation.

I worked with Jerry at Ultra foods for many years. He was always a pleasure to be around. Always the life of the party. I recently ran into him at the grocery store and am so glad I had the opportunity to talk to him. I will really miss him. God bless.
