Uncle Jim!! Strange how some memories stick out now. I can still see your and Uncle Ray's feet sticking out, uncovered, from the ends of your bed when there at Cristmas. It was cold too. Another memory was going to Marco's and I ate in the back - kid in a bar!! Only with Uncle Jim. Great fun always!! Good memories always. It is now your turn to rest and still be in the heart of your family. God Bless!!!

I will miss Jim and the brief visits we had the last few years, but I will always remember him as a vibrant young boyhood friend of my brother-in-law Gus and sister Joan and Jim being in their Wedding party. We worked together for many years at Standard Paving, and Jim was a dedicated, committed, loyal, expert, professional, operating engineer who was such a dear friend like a brother. My deepest sympathy to all the family on the loss of Jim.

Jim was my godfather. I remember looking in his closet while visiting as little kids will do. I never saw a larger collection of sportshirts in my life! I remember visiting him in Indianapolis during his yearly pilgrimage to the state basketball finals, the many weekends in Winamac sitting in the yard and listening to the Cub games on the radio, the fun we had at Grandma and Grandpa's house on Christmas, and finally the peppers he would send me every Spring. Recently, even though he had a terrible problem from his loss of taste, he always seemed upbeat and enjoyed life. I will miss him. God bless you Jimmy, Mickey

Uncle Jim. Another brother of this 'Greatest Generation', you have gone on to Saturday breakfast with family that went ahead of you. Rest easy now in God's arms and say hi to Daddy and Mom for me. Love, Patti
