JAMES K. ANDRESEN, age 52 of Portage, formerly of Chicago; passed away Friday, May 30, 2014. He is survived by two children: James and Ariel Andresen; eternal love: Desiree Andresen; two brothers: Edward Andresen and John Andresen; five sisters: Christine Guzman, Cathy Ziomeck, Jana Dzwonkiewicz, Cassie Travis, and Caren Paluch; and many neices and nephews. Preceded in death by mother: Beverly Diklich We have lost a man that touched many lives, but we have gained a light in our hearts. James was a man with a enormous heart and to the friends who shared his love for the open road he was a giant. For the men and woman that worked along side him, he was a leader and to those he loved he was their Foundation. There was room in his heart for all and his heart will live on through ours. Now that he is gone he will be looking down on us watching over and protecting us. Family and friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service (2700 Willowcreek, Portage) on Friday, June 6, 2014 from 12:00-7:00 P.M. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Duane Schmidt officiating. Cremation to follow.

Jimmy James will be missed dearly .He was a good friend to my husband Jason and to our family. We have been blessed to say that yes he was a dear friend, always a pleasure to have in our home and to have around for a good conversation in laughter.We will miss him and are keeping him tucked away in our hearts.
