Helen Primer

HELEN PRIMER (nee Petrites) age 85 of Donaldson IN formerly of Lowell and Gary passed away Tuesday March 9 2010. She is survived by one daughter Monica (Will) Raiman of Dedham MA sister-in-law Helen (late Stanley) Petrites of Highland several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband Chester five brothers: Stanley Joseph Tony Charles and Frank Petrites two sisters: Sister Marice P.H.J.C. Sister Maricita P.H.J.C. Helen attended the Catherine Kasper Life Center Chapel in Donaldson. IN. She was a former member of St. Edward Catholic Church Lowell and St. Casimir Church Gary. She was a graduate of Ancilla Domini High School in Donaldson. Helen enjoyed playing the harmonica singing religious hymns and had a deep love for animals especially dogs. The morning of her passing she had a shower and was joyfully singing her favorite hymns. Family and friends may gather Friday March 12 2010 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Catherine Kasper Life Center Chapel 9601 Union Road Plymouth Indiana. Funeral will be held Saturday March 13 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Catherine Kasper Life Center Chapel with Rev. Michael Winkowski officiating. At rest Calvary Cemetery Portage Indiana. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Sister Michelle at Catherine Kasper Home for Retired Sisters.
