HELEN BROWN age 96 of Crown Point formerly of Merrillville passed away Sunday March 30 2008. She is survived by two daughters: Donna Brown Russell of Crown Point Judy (Rich) Haber of Crown Point granddaughter Natalie (Rick) Haber-Barker of Roselawn great grandson Grant Barker sister-in-law Marjorie Ledgerwood of Odon IN dear friend Jane Gordon Godchild Megan Passaloukos many nieces nephews and friends. Preceded in death by husband of 55 years Samuel Brown in 1985 infant son Samuel Brown Jr. parents William and Nannie Ledgerwood sister Mildred Stickles brother Hays Ledgerwood. Helen will always be remembered for her unconditional love of family and generosity and kindness to others. Friends may call at Pruzin & Little Funeral Service 811 East Franciscan Drive (on State Road 55 south of State Road 231) Crown Point Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday April 5 2008 from Pruzin & Little Chapel with Rev. Mark Wilkins officiating. At rest Calumet Park Cemetery Merrillville.
