FRANK R. ACOSTA SR. age 70 of Merrillville formerly of Chicago Heights IL passed away Monday March 12 2007. Survived by four children: Mary Curley of Hobart Frank (Robin) Acosta Jr. of Washington Cecilia (Jeffrey) Last of Missouri Jennette (Eric) Avery of Texas brother Alfonso (Linda) Acosta of Sesser IL sister Rosemary (William) Monteton of Christopher IL three grandchildren three great grandchildren. Frank was the owner of Franks Piano and Organ Service a member of American Legion Post #430 an Army veteran of the Korean War and a musician and performer at Old Town Tap in Crete IL. Friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service 6360 Broadway Merrillville Thursday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral service will be Friday March 16 2007 at 10:00 a.m. from Pruzin Brothers Chapel with Rev. Frank Acosta Jr. officiating. At rest Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery Joliet Illinois.
