FLORENCE LUBASH, age 90 of Merrillville, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013. She is survived by son: John (Debbie) Lubash of Crown Point, three grandchildren: John (Julie) Lubash of Crown Point, Kristi Lubash of Kansas, and Ryan Lubash of Dyer; three great-grandchildren: John Henry, Jack, and Anna Lubash. Preceded in death by husband: John J. Lubash; brother: Joseph Wysocki; sister: Irene Thompson. Florence was a member of St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church. She was a former waitress at F.W. Woolworth’s in Gary and worked at J.C. Penny in Southlake Mall. She was a graduate of Froebel High School. Family and friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service, 6360 Broadway, Merrillville on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday, April 18, 2013, from Pruzin Brothers Chapel and 10:00 from St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church, 5920 Waite St, with Rev. Michael Maginot officiating. At rest Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville.
