I remember Guy, He played football with the Crown Point Bullpups. I was impressed with his energy and speed. When we were about eleven we camped out in a tree house that I built across the street from where I lived. He brought hard salami sandwiches on rye bread. I remember how great they tasted. We were having fun telling jokes and laughing. Kenny White who owned the land came out to see what was happening. He was carrying a shotgun. When we shined our flashlightsite on him, Guy yelled, "Don't shoot." Kenny didn't shoot but in the week after cut almost all the trees down. Those were the days.

I am so sorry to hear of Guy’s passing. Memories of Guy & the Addison family throughout the years! I graduated with Mike, class of 1968. Have also spent many happy times with Georgene & Carl. You probably don’t recognize my name, my significant other was Bill Young, lifelong friend of Carl’s! My deepest sympathy for you, Judy, & for the Addison family. Prayers being sent?

So sorry to hear of Guy's passing . We worked in the same department at USS, and closely together on a few occasions. I remember Guy as a very dedicated person, and a real asset to our department. You could always count on him if you needed anything. He was a real "rock". A man that spoke his mind and was usually right. I really enjoyed watching the video. I'd like to send my sincere condolences to the family. His passing has to be a huge loss. Bill Terwilliger

Sorry to hear of Guy's passing - my condolences to the Addison family. I had the pleasure to work with Guy when he was in Gary BP during the DESCO heyday in the 90's. We worked closely together to make sure the data kept flowing so the material could get in and out of DESCO on time. And it was a challenge some of the time. But both Guy and I were pretty stubborn and intent on getting it right. Worked out well for both us.

I appreciated over the years how good he was to my father, Elwood. He always made me laugh and his smile was infectious. Guy was a kind and generous man.

I will always remember how glad I was to see you guys each year in Arkansas. Now Bob had someone to fish with almost every day. Plus it was always nice to go out for meals or just run to another town for something or other. I found a picture (hope it got in this post) of Guy sitting in Bob's boat with his big catch that day. Looks like Goldie is waiting for him to drop it for her. I bet Bob and Guy are up there sharing many fishing memories. RIP
