Edna Ruth Christman

RUTH CHRISTMAN age 85 of Crown Point passed away on Thursday April 5 2012. She is survived by 10 children: Jim (Jillian) Brewer of Pennsylvania Ruthann (Robert) Pesavento of Schererville Steve (Tina) Brewer of Alabama George (Robbin) Brewer of Illinois Ray (Lynette) Brewer of Texas Ed (Nella) Brewer of Arkansas Mary Manley of Cedar Lake Becky (Ron) Neely of Tennessee Glen (Janeen) Christman of Portage Paul Christman at home many grandchildren great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren three sisters: Alice Haberlin of Lowell Eleanor Combs of Monon Indiana and Diana (Carl) Matury of Lowell. Ruth was a member of Living Hope Church in Merrillville and a volunteer at the Womens Center. She was a graduate of Lowell High School and was a retired letter carrier from the United States Post Office in Crown Point with 25 years of service. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 10 2012 at 11:30 A.M. DIRECTLY from Living Hope Church (9000 Taft St. Merrillville) with Pastor Doug Sheehy officiating. There will be visitation hour prior to services at church. At rest Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Schererville.
