EDITH W. STEINMANN age 88 of Crown Point passed away Friday March 3 2006. Survived by daughter Kathleen E. Steinmann of Winchester Massachusetts 2 sisters: Ruth (Late Rudy) Ulmer of Darien IL & Alice (late Ronald) Morrison of Massachusetts. Preceded in death by husband of 61 years Harry. Mrs. Steinmann was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church where she also belonged to the Trinity League and was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She was a member and past president of American Legion Auxiliary Unit #20. She was the former co-owner of the Crown Meat Market. Friends may call at Pruzin & Little Funeral Service 811 East Franciscan Drive (on State Road 55 south of State Road 231) Crown Point on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 8 2006 at 10:00 A.M. DIRECTLY at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church (250 S. Indiana Ave. Crown Point) with Rev. Mark Press officiating. Visitation hour prior to services at church. At rest Maplewood Memorial Cemetery Crown Point. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Wittenberg Lutheran Retirement Village 1200 E.
