Even know we were not related, Dorothy was like a Grandma to our daughter Megan, she always called her by Grandma Dorothy. We are glad she was a part of our family she will be greatly missed.

So sorry for your loss. Dorothy will be missed. She was a great patient. We enjoyed taking care of her while she was here. And some of us even received a little nursing advice sometimes ;
Rose Dubec left a message on February 18, 2009:
My heartfelt sympathy to all of Dorothy's family and friends-- Dorothy took care of my grandmother in 1968 when Busia had a stroke. My mother was caring for Busia in our home. Dorothy would come twice a week to bathe Busia and tend to her other needs. She had a home-made concoction for treating bedsores that really worked when nothing else would give Busia any relief. Dorothy took excellent care of Busia, and she also gave my mother some much needed emotional support during a very difficult time. I will always remember Dorothy, and I am grateful to her for helping my family when we were in need. With prayers, Rose Dubec
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Peggy... My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I had the GREAT pleasure of meeting and spending time with your mom when I was a new Med Tech 1975 at St. A's. When I first met her I was impressed by what a neat, funny, cool lady she was. In the years since then, I have often thought of her and was happy that I had gotten to know her. You may remember me from BNI class of '71.

Dear Quinn family, I adore your mom, grandmother, great-grandmother. She always uplifted my spirit and made me happy. I was blessed to make a trip with her to Medjugorje. I never laughed so much in my life. There is a big mansion in Heaven for her, just as the Bible says so. Well done my faithful servant. Well done. She goes onto her Heavenly reward as you moarn her loss. I pray you are comforted in your loss. Somehow, someway, peace comes to you in this moment. I love you. Todd

Aunt Dorothy was a pistol. The Quinns were all larger than life to me when I was growing up. When I think of Dorothy I see her during a family reunion at their house by the lake. Life was young and wonderful then, I will always remember Dorothy from that time in my life. John Sommers
