Jamie Heckler left a message on November 30, 2009:
Dearest Fickle, Long and Sullivan Families, I would like to express to you my sympathy in the passing of Donna. I met her several years ago through Home Interiors. I used to come and decorate with her AND for her. On occasion she would find something that she forgot she had tucked away, and we would find just the right spot for that forgotten treasure. Or perhaps she found something while she was out shopping. She would call me and I would come over, and again, we would find just the right spot. We always had a great time. She spoke of her children and grandchildren everytime we were together. She loved you all so very much. I always enjoyed the time spent with her. She even had funny stories and fond memories to share with me about my own brother! Please accept my sympathies in the passing of not only a wife, mother, grandmother and friend, but an extraordinary person as well. With Warm Regards, Jamie Hough Heckler
Dan Sullivan left a message on November 27, 2009:
Mom, I miss you. I keep wanting to pick up the phone to call you..I have been calling you twice a day since March. The memories will always be with me, from little league you were always there at all my games, you helped me through all my ups and downs..you are very loved by your family. During our many trips to chemo, we discussed your wishes about what you wanted, and as a family, we are respecting what your wishes were. We know what you wanted, and didn't want, and because of that knowledge, we are going to honor you by keeping your wishes as best we can. I talk you every night, Mom, and I hope that you are hearing me. My wife Karen got to know you, and she is taking it as hard as if you were her own mother. Your impact on those who love you will live on forever. God Bless you Mom, and rest in peace. Dan and Karen

You will always be remembered as my favorite grandmother; loved more than what I can possibly put into words. I hope you rest in peace; keeping all of the little pets that have gone before us company. : No matter how many dandelions you manage to gather up in heaven, you won't manage to scare me a second time! ;D Love you always, and you won't ever be forgotten. <3
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Mom..may you rest in peace now. You are with the angels, laughing with Rita I am sure! ;0 I love you Mom, and will miss you for the rest of my days. I will sooo miss our phone calls discussing One Life To Live and the trevails of Todd Manning..2pm will always be a special time to remember you by. You were full of love, humor and life, and those who loved you will treasure every moment they shared with you. God Bless You Mom...you put up a tremendous fight. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day?and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7 Until I see you and hug you in Heaven Mom...I love you. xoxox
