DOMINIC L. SIMONETTO age 92 a resident of Marco Island Florida and former resident of Gary IN passed away Friday June 12 2009 in Noblesville IN. Survived by son Mark (Maureen) Simonetto of Cicero IN 3 grandchildren: Lauren (Chad) Smith of Noblesville Stephen Simonetto & Evan Simonetto both of Cicero IN 1 great-granddaughter Kaitlyn Smith sister Mary Smith of Iowa and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by wife Marjorie 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Mr. Simonetto was a former member of St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church a retired construction superintendent for Superior Construction of Gary with 35 years of service a member of the Midwest Operating Engineers Local #150 a former member of the Dunes Optimist Club and he was a World War II Marine veteran. Dominic and his wife Marjorie were married for 52 years and spent 20 years as residents of Marco Island Florida. Funeral services will be Tuesday June 16 2009 at 9:30 A.M. from Pruzin Brothers Chapel and 10:00 A.M. from St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church (801 W. 73rd Ave. Merrillville).
