DOLORES DOLLYKARAGEORGE age 80 of Merrillville passed away on Friday February 3 2012. She is survived by 5 children: Nicholas (Frances) Karageorge of Hobart Michelle Shelly(Roy) Lane of Portage John (Grace) Karageorge of Lake Station Joan (Herman) Tschopp of Lake Station and Susan (Bob Hermes) Karageorge of Merrillville 9 grandchildren 12 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband John infant son Michael brother Frank Gursky sisters: Frances Ball Vickie Bauner and Mary Ann Dubis and parents Frank and Nellie Gursky. Dolores was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and Ladies Sodality and New Chicago American Legion Auxiliary Unit #454. She was a graduate of Emerson High School a former employee of First Federal Savings and Loan and Fifth Third Bank. Family and friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service (6360 Broadway Merrillville) on Tuesday February 7 2012 from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a prayer service at 5:00 p.n. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday February 8 2012 at 9:15 A.M. from Pruzin Brothers Chapel and 10:00 A.M. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (2447 Putnam Street Lake Station) with Rev. Eduardo Malagon officiating. At rest Calvary Cemetery Portage. Memorials preferred to the Parkinsons Foundation.
