Denise Kay Allison, age 54, of Crown Point, IN, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Lowell Health Care Center in Lowell, IN. She is survived by her mother; Marcile Allison, brother; David Cathy Allison of Woodstock, IL, sister; Diane Comerford of Crown Point, nephews; David Michelle Allison of Woodstock, IL, Timothy Jennifer Callander of Crown Point, niece; Erin Ken Dierks of Woodstock, IL, great- nieces & nephews; Kaitie, Lacey, Brandon, Jarrett & David Allison, Bryant & Kailey Callander, Aunt; Catherine McNew of Shelbyville, and dear friends; Gerard & Linda Abraham. She is preceded in death by her father; Harry C. Allison. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 11:00AM at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre NOTE: NEW LOCATION-2 blocks east of Broadway at 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN. Interment at Crown Point Historical Maplewood Cemetery in Crown Point, IN. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Denise was a member of the 1st United Methodist Church of Crown Point. She loved bowling and was an avid Cubs fan. Memorials may be given to LCAR or the 1st United Methodist Church in Crown Point.
