Mrs. Wolfe welcomed me to 6th grade at Timothy Ball in the fall of 1991. I was 11 years old and new to the school. I will never forget how amazing she was. She was so friendly, patient and incredibly kind. She also always had a really big smile for everyone. I have never forgotten her and she remains one of my favorite teachers even all these years later. My sincerest condolences to her family, friends and all the students she positively impacted throughout her career.

I had Mrs. Wolfe for 6th grade the first year Timothy Ball opened (she was Ms. Radek back then). And my sons also had her as a teacher. She was my absolute favorite teacher and left the greatest impression on me. What a kind beautiful soul. She will be greatly missed by many. My condolences to the family for their loss.

Mrs Wolfe was my 6th grade teacher.. She always called me dimples because obviously I have some pretty large dimples. Miss Radex got married the year I was in sixth grade and I remember how excited she was to marry her husband. We students used to make fun of her and say she’s gonna have a little wolfs running around very soon and she would get so embarrassed! ?. But my story is this about this beautiful lovely encouraging can’t say enough about her teacher….she changed my life!! In 6th grade Mrs. Wolf brought me up to her desk and said, do you know how intelligent you are and how beautiful you are, and sheila do you know what you can make of yourself… I said no! So Mrs Wolfe sat me down for a good hour, and told me what I could do with my life, who I can become and she said she is ? % confident that I will do something amazing and I will make it big and I will do very well in life! She said she just knows it!! So raise your head up and have the confidence I know you have a become that person ! Can you do that for me and use those dimples as an advantage !!!! from that day forward my confidence level went up substantially, I felt so confident and so much better about myself as a six grader the hat was going into middle school. I also remember coming back when I was in college to visit her. I also wrote her a letter to her in college to tell her she was an amazing teacher and inspired me to work hard and become something great!!! I went to visit her one summer coming home from college and she just reached out and gave me a big hug, like she always did to all of us kids in 6th grade. she was such a beautiful soul. A beautiful person! she is going to be so missed. My heart is broken, and I am quite certain many many many of us students family members friends are just as devastated as I am! I am sure Mrs Wolfe is in a beautiful place! A place that is just as beautiful of a person she is. She will be so missed!! RIP!! ???

When I went back to teaching after being home for 15 years, I joined the 6th grade team that Denise headed at T-Ball. She was always so encouraging and gave me help and advice in so many situations. She had a contagious smile and laugh . I loved working with her. She was a wonderful mentor, an incredible person, and an amazing teacher. Rest in peace, Denise.

I’m saddened by this news. Denise was one of my 6th grade teachers at Timothy Ball. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Later in life she was a volunteer through Junior Achievement and I was able to reconnect as an adult. She always had a smile on her face. I’m better for knowing her. I hope she knows how impactful she was to so many people. I’m glad I told her how significant she was in my life.

I loved being a student at Timothy Ball, and nearly every teacher I had was one of my favorites. I always remember Mrs. Wolfe and her compassion and support of my interests and dreams. I loved spending time after school for Spell Bowl with her and Mrs. Carlson, and visiting years later in middle and high school. Sending condolences from afar to friends and family, wishing I could attend services.

So sorry to hear of Mrs Wolfe passing, she was an excellent teacher to me! One of my fav things was years later when my kids were at T ball, she would see me and say Raker, no way you have kids here already! It was even better knowing her as an adult, she was amazing! I’ll have you all in my prayers!
