Dad I cant believe you are gone. I know it was for the best a part of life and that I am just being selfish. I will miss your life lessons and your laugh and your phone calls. Today I was clearing off some of the messages on my cell phone and there were three messages from you. It was so nice to hear your voice. At the funeral I tried to be strong for Teresa Grandma Marty Mom Lori Leslie Tracy and everyone but I lost it a little. I have your strength but I also have Moms wonderful ability to express emotion. I wish you could have been here to celebrate when I graduate from school but I know you will be there for all my accomplishments. And I also know when I need you during difficult times you will be there as well. I hope you have found Uncle Ollie Aunt Jenny Tom Meyers Grandpa Lewis Grandma Esther and my friends that I miss and think about all the time. I love you Daddy Lisa

I met David a few years ago and I was impressed by his storytelling ability. He was so personable. You could tell he loved his family and his job. He took great pride in his service to others. I was lucky to have met him. My deepest sympathy to his family.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Mr. Lutzs wife daughters and other family members. I was one of his nurses at the hospital who took care of him. I lost my dad last March and there is not a day that goes by that I dont think of him. I know that David will live on forever in all of your hearts and I will always remember him too. We talked quite a bit when I was taking care of him and I got to know him a little better than most of my patients. He was a wonderful person and he cared very deeply for all of you. I know that there are no words to really console you for your great loss I can only tell you that in time you will heal with the help of God and all of your cherished memories of David.

I was so surprised and saddened to see Davids obituary in the paper today. I worked with David for a short time in 1988 at PCNI (Physicians Choice of Northwest Indiana) owned by American HMO. I was just starting out in business and David frequently gave me good business advice. I also remember how he would be full of smiles when talking about his wife Teresa. I think you were newly married at the time. He was very proud to call you his wife. I extend my sympathies to all of Davids family. Teresa I hope time will bring you peace and comfort. Gods Blessings Renee (Wolff) Rodimel
