Casimiera “Kay” M. Krisun, age 92, of Michigan City, died Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009 in Michigan City. Services will be held Tuesday, December 1 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann of the Dunes Church. Visitation will be Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Carlisle Funeral Home. Burial will take place at St. Casimir’s Lithuanian Roman Catholic Cemetery, Chicago. Mrs. Krisun was born December 6, 1916 in Chicago to Charles K. and Anna (Savickas) Masiliunas, both of whom preceded her in death. She married Frank Paul Krisun, he passed away April 9, 1999. She is survived by her daughter Dianna (Richard) Hale of Michigan City, grandson Daniel “D.J.” (Tiffany) Niemiec of Michigan City, and a very close and dear friend Lucille Wozniczka of Burbank, IL. Mrs. Krisun had been a meat packer with the Vienna Sausage Co. in Chicago for 25 years. She was a member of St. Ann of the Dunes Church. She loved to put together jigsaw puzzles and enjoyed being with her family and her pets. Memorial contributions may be made to the family
