BOBBY LEE YAUS, age 28 of Chesterton/Porter, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018.
He is survived by his mother Michelle Addison; brother Joseph R. Grube; great-grandfather Bobby Lee Trowbridge; maternal grandparents David & Tresa Addison; aunts Tina Addison and Carla (Rob) Warchus; cousins Zachary & Taylor Warchus; “Grandma” Rita Grube; “step-father” Jason Grube; “grandma” Sandra; aunt Cassiday; and his many good friends. Preceded in death by father Jonathan Yaus; great-grandmother Lucille Trowbridge; great-grandparents Charlie & Nancy Addison; and “Papa” John Grube.
Bobby attended Portage and Chesterton High Schools and graduated in 2008. He had worked at Godfather’s Pizza/Speedy Mart in Chesterton for almost eight years. When not working, he would be found playing video games, working the computer, or playing Pokemon Go! Bobby was a hard worker, had a heart of gold, he helped others, and will be missed by all that knew him.
A Celebration of Bobby’s life will be held at Sycamore Hall (Woodland Park, 2100 Willowcreek, Portage) on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service in charge of local arrangements.
