BERTHA M. KONOPACKI age 92 of Crown Point passed away Tuesday June 12 2012. Survived by nephews: Rev. Derrick F. Dudash of Hebron Retired Captain U.S. Navy Terrence (Judy) Dudash of VA Theodore (Joan) Dudash of Kokomo IN nieces: Sandra M. Dudash of Merrillville Leone (Scott) Dewes of Lowell Roxanne (John) Michaels of WI. Preceded in death by her husband Fred Konopacki parents Mary and Peter Dudash brothers: Frank Dudash Theodore Dudash sister Eleanor Bone. Bertha was a former member of SS. Peter & Paul and St. Matthias Catholic Churches. She was a graduate of Froebel High School Class of 1937. Bertha retired from Anderson Co. with 35 years of service. She was a devout Catholic who enjoyed crafts antiques travel gardening and sewing. Family and friends may call at St. Anthony Home Chapel 203 Franciscan Dr. Crown Point on Saturday June 16 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral service will follow promptly at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Derrick Dudash officiating. At rest Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Schererville.
