Barbara J. Brough nee Marquiss, age 71, of Monticello, IN, passed away on April 1, 2010 in Indianapolis. Barbara is survived by her husband of 47 years, Donald: daughters; Jeannette John Kocon, Lisa Lyn Hans Kroll; son, Wade fiancé, Debbie Oland Brough; 4 grandchildren: Brittany, Bryce, Devan & Olivia; 2 brothers; Kenneth Susan Marquiss & Jack Marquiss; sister, Mary Ann Mitchell; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents: Elmer & Jeanette Marquiss; and granddaughter, Chynna. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, April 5, 2010 at 1:00 PM DIRECTLY at Hebron Cemetery, with Pastor Brenda Ludwig officiating. Geisen Funeral Home, Hebron is in charge of arrangements. Barbara was a U.S. Army veteran. She was a member of the American Legion Post 81 and a life member of AMVETS Post 91. Barbara especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, bird watching and was an avid Colts fan.
