Barbara Anita Palmer

Barbara Anita Palmer nee Wieck, age 70, of Hebron, IN, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at VNA Hospice Center in Valparaiso, IN. She is survived by her sons: Tim Marci Palmer of Valparaiso, IN and Todd Tiffany Palmer of Fishers, IN; daughter: Kristen Jeff Hessa of Farmington, MN; 7 grandchildren: Corey Penrod, Madison Palmer, Aly Palmer, Dalton Mudd, and Nicholas, Hunter, and Emma Hessa; sister: Elaine Leto of Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her parents: Arnold and Alma Wieck. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 2, 2010 at 10:30 AM at St. Michael Lutheran Church, 805 S. County Line Rd., Hebron, IN, with Rev. Tim Engle officiating. Interment at Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso, IN. Friends may visit with the family at Geisen Funeral Home, 624 N. Main St., Hebron, IN, on Thursday, April 1, 2010 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and on Friday DIRECTLY at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Barbara was a volunteer at Porter Memorial Hospital and at the Lutheran Resale Shop in Valparaiso, IN and was a founding member of St. Michael Lutheran Church.
