Angeline H. Schweder

Angeline H. Schweder, age 89 of Merrillville, formerly of Hobart passed away on Monday, January 19, 2009 at Towne Centre in Merrillville. Angeline is survived by her two sons, Edward Patricia Adams and Charles Pamela Adams both of South Haven; step-son, Ronald Charlotte Schweder of Hobart; step-daughter, Sandra Pless of Gladstone, MO; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 24, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at Geisen Funeral Home, 7905 Broadway, Merrillville with Rev. Richard S. Brown officiating. Interment to follow at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville. Friends may visit with the family Friday, January 23rd from 3:00-8:00 P.M. at Geisen Funeral Home, Merrillville. An American Legion Auxiliary Post 502 service will be held Friday at 6:30 P.M. Angeline was retired from the Indiana State Employment Agency as a PERF Agent. She was a member of the South Haven American Legion Auxiliary Post 502. Angeline was preceded in death by her husband, Lester J. Schweder; brothers and sisters: Roland Hopp, Mel Hopp, Alfred Hopp, Ethel Klamutt, Harold Hopp and Linda Morey. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the South Haven American Legion Auxiliary in Angeline's name.
