Alma White age 85 of Crown Point IN passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at her home. She is survived by her husband John F. 2 Sons: John Ann White of Rockville, Maryland George Debora of Crown Point Grandchildren: Jason, Robin, Tyler, Ryan Bethany and Spencer Preceded in death by her parents: Cora and George Houk A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre NOTE: NEW LOCATION-2 blocks east of Broadway at 606 E. 113th Ave. Crown Point, IN with John P. Starr officiating Mrs. White was employed for many years at NIPSCO. She was a graduate of Crown Point High School. Alma was a longtime member of Youche Country Club and was an avid golfer and bowler. She volunteered at St. Anthony Hospital.Alma enjoyed knitting, stained glass and crafts. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to The Elephant Sanctuary P.O.
