William “Bill” Dunn, age 64, of Crown Point, IN, formerly of Lowell, IN, passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021.

Bill is survived by his children; Garrett (Meredith) Dunn, Matthew Dunn; grandchildren: Mason, Nova, Garrett, Aria, Dawson, Emery; and sister, Cindy.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents: Verlin and Sondie Lou Dunn.

Bill is a Navy veteran. He worked at Ford Assembly Plant for 36 years. Bill was a Harley Davidson enthusiast who loved to ride his motorcycle coast to coast.

Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Funeral Services will be at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the Funeral Home.

For the health and safety of the Dunn Family, we kindly ask that masks be worn while attending visitation or funeral services. Thank you.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Bill’s name to Shriners Children Hospital.

R.I.P. Bill you will be missed

Bill will always be deeply loved by my family and our network of friends. One of our favorite memories; he would pull up on his Harley, pull out a bottle of Riesling and pour the entire contents into one large wine glass. The kids and their friends got the biggest kick out of that because here you had this big biker dude with a big smile on his face drinking wine from this large stemmed glass. Bill was unique like that and will be deeply missed.

Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Bill was larger than life! Be sure he is in heaven on a harley, wind in his hair and a huge smile on his face. I am so glad we were able to catch up last fall. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family during this sad time. He will be missed.

I've known bill for nearly 40 years. At 1 time he was my brother-in-law. He was a great guy. He will be sorely missed by all of his friends and family. May he rest in peace.
