William “Bill” Buie, age 65, of Michigan City, IN, passed away Friday, April 10, 2020. Bill was born October 4, 1954 to Billy and Betty Buie in Detroit, MI. On May 19, 1989, he married Patricia Duszynski Clemons.
Bill is survived by his wife, Patricia of Michigan City; father, Billy and stepmother, Rosemary of Taylor, MI; brother, Don (Sandy) Buie of Southgate, MI and stepbrother, Gerry Buie of Monroe, MI. Bill is preceded in death by his mother, Betty.
Bill loved nature, photography, and sports. He had been employed at Leco Corporation in St. Joseph, MI, before he became ill.
I want to give special thanks to Hamilton Grove Nursing Facility in New Carlisle, IN for helping me with Bill’s care and to Comfort One Hospice with their care.
Cremation has taken place and arrangements have been entrusted to Geisen-Carlisle Funeral Home, 613 Washington St., Michigan City, IN.
