TAMARA TamiL. CAMERY (nee OPPMAN) age 47 of Crown Point formerly of Portage passed away Wednesday January 9 2008. Survived by two sons: John Camery and Chris Camery of Crown Point parents Doug and Kay Oppman of Crown Point brother Doug Oppman of CA sister Kim Oppman of Crown Point niece Courtney Oppman nephew Gregory Oppman. Preceded in death by infant daughter Danielle. Tami was an employee of Gelsosomos Pizza in Crown Point and a graduate of Griffith High School Class of 1980. She was a devoted mother to her two sons and she loved animals. Friends may call at Pruzin & Little Funeral Service 811 East Franciscan Drive (on State Road 55 south of State Road 231) Crown Point Friday January 11 2008 from 2-8 p.m. Prayer service at 4:30 p.m. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday January 12 2008 DIRECTLY from St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church 200 E. 78th Ave. Merrillville with Rev. Andrew Corona officiating. Visitation hour prior to service at the church. At rest Calvary Cemetery Portage.

Tami was a wonderful person. She had so much to give to the world and all of us that were around her. Sorry that the world has lost such a precious soul. She truly was a blessed person. My sympathy to her family. Bless all of you.

I didnt know your mom very well but I knew her well enough to know how much she loved you boys. Our hearts go out to you and your family.

I was saddened to hear of Tamis passing. Tami was a good friend of mine in the early 80s @ Strack & Van Til. We worked the front end (carry-out) together and had lots of laughs. It was a joy to work with her. She was a nice person who would do anything for you and made work a fun place to be. Tami was known as Fuzzy because of her signature curly hair at that time. Although I havent seen her in quite some time I will cherish the times we had together forever. Rest In Peace
