Now that I've returned home, I can't quit thinking about the beautiful celebration of Sherrys' life....my very first sister-in-love. I know what a fighter she was and have never known a more giving person. We are never prepared for the loss of a loved one, but God is always prepared to help us through that loss and I'm sure He will not let us down. To all of my nieces and nephews: I know what it's like to lose your mom, even though I got 20 more years. With time, your faith will get you through. To my brother, Dick, I just can't express in words how sorry I feel for your loss. 55 years of marriage is a long time to care for and love each other like you two have done. Though your loss is heavy, realize that your love was a great blessing in the life of Sherry who heard the call to come home. I love all of you sooooo much.......Nean

Calling All Angels When I was an baby I was born with an Angel at my side. As I grew so did the Angel. She taught me how to love and help others. She taught me how to make others laugh and cry. She taught me about pride and dignity. She taught me about giving and receiving. But most of all she taught me about God family and friends. As the Angel got ready to fly back to heaven she taught me about how Jesus suffered for us and about how much he loved us and how he smiled down upon us as he was dieing for us. Mom thanks so much for being my Angel. Keep teaching me from heaven by Gods side. We love and miss you

I could not have asked for a better mom. Mom, my heart has a huge hole in it right now, but I am also happy knowing that you had a straight shot up to heaven. Thanks for being the most selfless and caring person I have ever known. The world is a much better place because you lived here! I will miss my daily phone calls. Thanks for the fantastic childhood and for always being there, during the good times and the challenging ones as well. Dad, I love you so much. You did an awesome job caring for Mom. Lots of love, Shari

Dear Grandma and Boppie, I would like to start off by saying how great it was to have such a kind, caring, sweet, loving, generous, and well mannered grandma like you! You have always been there for me, and I'd like to take my turn! I have always enjoyed my time with you and Boppie. I can remember the story about when you and Boppie were fighting just to hold me in the hospital. I have been so blessed to have you guys as a part of my life! I can remember when I first heard Grandma got sick and I was a sad little boy and I was a sad little boy all those days you were sick, and especially when you exited the world on April 20,2010 at 11:09 A.M. The house was filled with tears and I can tell you I was a big part of that. I can also tell you you guys are the best Grandparents I could ever have, and always will have! You will always be in me heart! :} Love and prayers, Ryan

Dianne and family - I am deeply sorry for the loss of your mother. I remember her as a beautiful and very sweet mother when we were in college. A funny thing I recall is thinking she liked to vacuum floors because there was always a vacuum sweeper in the living room when I visited your home. Take care, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, Madonna

I have known the Moore family for over forty-five years. Jeanine and I hung around together when we were single. And Peg Moore was a very special friend to me all my life. For many years, back in the early 1960's, I used to do Sherry's hair at Anthony's Salon. Sherry was always pleasant, kind, and sweet. She was my nicest customer. Sherry always brought one or more of her children with her and they were always well behaved. Dick and Sherry were a fine example to their children. I was glad I got to see Sherry at Peg's memorial. It had been a long, long time and she greeted me warmly. She was quite a lady. I am blessed for having known Sherry. Bless you all.
