I had the honor to work with Robert "Bob" Mark. He always made everyone laugh. He was a very intelligent man. We both served in United States Navy. After Bob retired we would have breakfast at Sophia's in Michigan City, In every week. I still go to Sophia's but it isn't the same without my old friend. I know you are walking in heaven and probably making people laugh there. Some day I will see you again my old friend. " Hooyah"

My deepest sympathy on the loss of Bob Mark. Bob met my best friend, Jean Ewing, at a Parents Without Partners dance probably thirty five years ago. There was an instant attraction as they danced the night away. As their friendship grew, Jean's family and friends welcomed Bob. We three shared many an evening enjoying a meal together, playing darts, and especially playing cards until the wee hours of the morning. Now that they have both passed recently I can only imagine they are dancing again. My sympathy to you all, Pam Knight

Such a great man. He was hilarious; always made me laugh so hard. But most of all, kind. Though never one to suffer injustice. I will never forget the time I spent there. It is embroidered on my heart. Rest well sir. You've earned it.
