I am so sorry to hear about Bob. I met Bob thru working at Nucor Crawfordsville. He came across as a very gruff person at first. Once I got to know him, he was such a likeable person. He shared many hunting stories. No words can take away all your sorry and pain. Hold tight to your good memories. My prayers be with you.

Nancy, Tina and family: I am so sorry for your loss. I was telling Gina the other day about Bob taking me fishing when i was younger, ive never forgotten about that it was a special time for me that I will always remember. We went out to try and catch bass but had no luck so we caught a bunch of sunfish and bluegill instead, he made me stay late and taught me how to clean them as well. It was a very cool experience for me and I will always thank him for that. Love and Peace, the Gulledge family.

To Nancy and Family, I am sorry to hear of the passing of Bob. I was lucky enough to work with Bob during the 1980's and always looked forward to our road trips together. I also had a chance to enjoy, with him, his love of the outdoors. We had gone flippin' for Pike in a muddy ditch and had a great time. Bob had some great stories about working on and racing cars as young man as well as his time in the Navy aboard the Shitty Kitty. I won't forget him and I'm sorry he's gone.

Nancy, I am sorry to hear of Bob passing. He was a good friend to all of us. I met Bob through Nucor Crawfordsville. I always looked forward to him coming in so we could share fishing and hunting stories. I will always have a part of Bob with me to remember him. He did quite a few taxidermy mounts for me over the years and I always think of him when I am looking at them or showing them to a friend and tell them the story behind the hunt and the guy who did the mount for me. I am sure Bob is smiling down on all of us now from a tree stand or lake somewhere. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Bob's Friend Justin Pastore

Met Bob out at the steel plant. He was our go to guy when we had problems with some of the equipment. Made more than one call to Bob in the middle of the night. Bob never complained, just said, I'm on my way. A freindship developed over time, and I actually had the chance to fish with Bob on more than one occasion. What a swell guy. My condolences to the family. Tim Quinn

Nancy, I pray for God's comfort for you, Tina and Jared. I remember Bob as being such a generous and gracious person. All the evenings my young kids and I spent in your home having dinner with the three of you and Bob always made us feel welcome. No matter how long we stayed! Also, I remember his twinkling eyes and his sense of humor. He could sure make us laugh. When I told Kevin about Bob that was the first thing he remembered too. Much love to you all.

Bob will be missed by more people than he would have thought. I will miss his smiley face and the wonderful fish he shared with me and others. I will always remember the first morning he came to hunt on my property. I almost shot him!!! I'm sure he will be busy hunting and fishing up there in heaven. They always say that everyone's heaven is what they would have always liked to have had here on earth. Bye Mr. Bob. I hope to see you again some day.

Dearest Nancy, Tina and Jared. First of all to you, Nanc. I can imagine the peace you feel in your heart that your sweetheart is no longer in pain. My heart breaks for you as well - knowing how much you loved Bob and how important you became to one another, becoming one another's everything over the last several years. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry for your loss. Tina - I send you my sympathy in the loss of your father. I know you were Daddy's little girl and the apple of his eye. I will remember you in my prayers as well. I am so sorry for your loss. And Jared. Son, I can only imagine how you are feeling right now. I know your Grandpa was actually Pal...and that word carries so many meanings for your relationship with him. He was very proud of you, Jared. Keep your chin up and know that your Pal loved you unconditionally. I will keep you in my prayers too, Jared. I am so very sorry for your loss.

My dad... there aren't enough words in this or any language to express all I want to. Something he said to me recently keeps rumbling through my mind... Dad said he always thought he was the best at whatever he did and he expected no less from me. Profound thought... I believe we should all take that to heart... and believe we are the best at whatever we do... regardless of what the critics say. I love you, Dad.

We fell in love at first sight. He was a handsome, passionate man with a heart of gold. He was my best friend, lover, husband and I am sad he is gone. I am grateful I was there to the end to take care of him during the worst time of his life. He was the love of my life, the wind beneath my wings and will forever be in my heart. I miss you my dearest, may you be happy and fish and hunt every day. I Love you Bob.
