Alissa, CMA left a message on April 11, 2021:
I cannot fathom the loss for the family right now; condolences and thoughts be with you during this hard time. I used to work with Bekah at HRH in housekeeping; she always had aspirations to go onto being a Tech/CNA and I'm glad she eventually got there. I will never forget the most important thing she said to me that's stuck with me these last few years, "make sure you drink plenty of water in the healthcare field," and she was right. Rest easy, girly.

I worked with Rebekah and although we worked opposite shifts she always came in with a smile that could light up a room. When I was pregnant with my daughter last year she would come in and rub my belly and talk to her. What a memory I will cherish. My prayers go out to all of her friends and family and the days to come. May you find comfort in the memories.

Oh how I cannot believe that this has happened. Rebekah was the sweetest girl. She would always get to work at least 15 minutes early, and I still wouldn't have assignments done. Rebekah would always help me out with deciding assignments. She always had such a positive attitude even if she was floating to another unit. Rebekah will be missed by so many people. Prayers for all her friends and family.

Crystal Perez left a message on April 8, 2021:
Rebekah was my best friend from day one knowing her and working with her! We clicked so quickly that we had numerous people ask us how long we’d been friends! She always put others before herself in most situations! We were there for each through think and thin for about a year and half! Unfortunately we fell apart maybe 6 months ago however we stayed professional as far as work and communicated accordingly!! What I can say about Rebekah is that is was full of life and energy and she never really let anyone or thing put her in a damper or bad mood and if they did I would always remind her to F what they thought! No one should ever make you feel bad for being happy for no reason! Happiness is the best gift you can give. She just needed to learn to control it and not to take it personal when someone doesn’t understand her at first! There are many times i had to tell her I need a moment from you and in the beginning of our relationship she took it personal but I reminded her it’s not you it me. Keep being you just respect and understand that I need a moment from you at times. As we grew together as friends she figured it out because unlike her I am not as spunky as her but she brought the best out in me no matter what mood I was in! She always knew how to push my buttons on to make me smile. I will forever be grateful for her love for me and life! No matter what differences we may have had she made life better for me! I will remember her for all she did for me and for all she was!

I don't ever remember you being mad at anyone even on our worst nights. Heaven has truly gained an angel. I can't stop crying....fly with the angels sweet girl!

Lucy Hayes, RN left a message on April 7, 2021:
Though I have not been apart of Community North's Observation unit long, Rebekah left an impact on me. She was always working hard, encouraging, and a helping hand. I admired her for the amount of shifts she would work in a row... that girl could work 5 days straight. I do not know how she did it! I laughed at her for how many energy drinks she would have. She will be missed and what a light she left.

She had such an amazing personality. We used to work night shift together at Community, before I switched to day shift. Every morning that I worked she would be clocking out and I would be clocking in; she would greet me with “Good morning sunshine” or “Good morning girlie-goo”. Her smile was contagious. We would talk about her sunny vacations, next adventures, and newest personal gossip in our lives. I will miss her so much. Fly high Bekah!

My heart goes out to the family. She was amazing and this world has truly lost someone great. We often talked and laughed during our discussions at work. We discussed our professional paths in school and how we couldn't wait for the end. No matter the night She had, She always had that big smile. She will be missed greatly.
