Pamela Kay “Penny” Creviston, age 77, of Winfield, IN, formerly of Merrillville, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021.
Pamela is survived by her children: Tanya (Anton) Wolf and Nicholas Katovitch; three grandchildren: Samantha, Melanie and Anton Wolf; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents: William Meredith and Bernice Mary Creviston; three brothers: David, Randy and William Creviston; and sister, Leola Chambers.
Penny was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and also attended Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She was a graduate of Bishop Noll High School Class of 1962. Penny worked for over 25 years in the trucking and transportation industry with Roadway Express and also Creviston Trucking, which was started by her parents. She was adventurous and loved to travel and dance. Penny was a very loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend and was passionate about everything and everyone close to her.
Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, January 2, 2021 at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, January 3, 2021 DIRECTLY at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church at 10:00 AM with Fr. Mick Kopil officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Pamela’s name to the Bonner Senior Center in Portage, IN where she enjoyed dancing with her friends.
